Multinational corporations in Geneva, Zurich and Basel with B/L/G permit holders. SIP provides your mobility teams with up-to-date cantonal practice.
SEK · 02
Law firms registered in the cantonal bar register receive mandate referrals from active cantons — in compliance with the LLCA, without commission charges, with pre-clearance.
SEK · 03
Caritas, HEKS/EPER, OSAR, CCSI and cantonal integration offices will receive co-branding and an unlimited number of places for beneficiaries.
§ I3 · THREE LEVELS
Prices are quoted in CHF per year, excluding VAT, with payment due within 30 days of invoicing. Law firms are subject to a separate fee arrangement.
FIVE PLACES
For HR departments, mobility teams and small legal departments. Up to five named places, quarterly briefings on cantonal practice.
UNRESTRICTED
For integration foundations, social services and NGOs with a large beneficiary base. Co-branded landing page and direct contact with the editorial team.
LAW FIRM
For law firms registered in the cantonal bar register and specialising in immigration law. SIP refers those seeking assistance to you; you will receive briefings in compliance with the LLCA.
§ I4 · REGULATORY FRAMEWORK
Institutional procurement is a compliance step. The three key components will be provided as a linked attachment to the order upon request.
ImprintIndividual legal advice remains the exclusive domain of lawyers registered in the cantonal bar register. SIP publishes information; mandates are forwarded.
Servers located in Switzerland (CH-GVA-2), disaster recovery in Denmark (DK-2). Language models are operated in compliance with EU regulations; no data transfer to third countries.
Active cantons will be opened in phases after compliance with the cantonal bar register has been confirmed. Geneva is active; Zurich, Vaud, Bern, Basel-Stadt and Zug are scheduled.
